At Kinetic Fitness, people of all ages, with or without previous martial arts experience, can learn to defend themselves, get a great workout, have fun, and ultimately improve as individuals. -

COMING IN JULY – Spin Class
Cycle your way to a toner body. A great way to train in the off season, all levels welcome, routines/classes vary. -
Core Training
An entire hour dedicated to your core and it won’t involve crunches. -
Cross Training
Build and increase power, speed, agility, coordination, strength and cardio through a variety of exercises. -
Booty Burn
Tone and trim your backside and hip region. Using your bodyweight, bands and steps, you are guarenteed to feel the burn in all the right places (and for days later). -
Total Body
This is a total body workout, combining plyometrics, bands, balls and any other props we can find to help you build muscle strength and endurance. -
Yoga
A series of interconnected postures that flow with the breath. All levels welcome. -
Sunrise Yoga
Rise and flow with the sun, a vigorous vinyasa modeled on the Ashtanga style of practice, with an emphasis on strength and flexbility. Some vinyasa experience recommended.
